The check-in process was effortless and the house itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. the beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. the house had some period details that added charm and character. the location of the house was ideal, with plenty of eateries nearby and easy access to parking.

The front door let in a draft, which made the house feel colder than it actually was. It would have been helpful to have a thicker curtain or to replace the door to prevent heat loss.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Tansy House on Queen Street. The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely garden. The check-in process was easy and convenient with a keypad. We were delighted by the welcome hamper and the bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was powerful, and we especially loved the unique wallpaper in the downstairs toilet. The house still retained its period charm with ceiling beams and oak counters. The location was perfect, and we appreciated the free parking pass. We can't wait to come back and use the cinema room.

We got great value for our money at Tansy House On Queen Street. The room was fantastic, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the train station and the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
